If you're not satisfied with Pressly within 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact support@presslyai.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Cancellation at Any Time

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access to the Service until then.

Pro-Rated Refunds for Annual Plans

If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window, we offer a pro-rated refund for unused full months on request. Partial months are not refunded.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@presslyai.com with your account email and the reason for the refund. We respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

• Refunds are not available for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
• Promotional or discounted plans may have modified refund terms communicated at the time of purchase.

UK Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
